I would mind mine own business, because it's not my place to tell anything I "think" I know, since I'm not physically there to prove anything. Unless the husband was my brother, dad, or very close relative, I'd just do my job and not get involved. Married people have a way of trying to work things out after an affair, and they sometimes do not appreciate the people that butted in their personal business. Not to mention your advancement in the company will be next to nil if your supervisor finds out about you informing her husband about her personal business. As hard as it may be to "look the other way", I strongly suggest you do just that for your own wel l being - unless you don't really need the job and you're a super principled person. Even then, I'd keep my mouth shut, ears and eyes open because the sh@t will hit the fan, it's only a matter of time before it all comes out.

I experienced this once. I took it up channels from the union
to chief administrator of human resources. Know her 2 kids
and understood the husband was USMC in Iraq. Nipped it in
the bud. It had to go down this way because she was raging
hormones and picked the wrong person to hit on a lot. Me.

It's not any of your business. It would be best to stay out of it completely and to try to refrain from passing judgment on either of them. You know your boss in a professional way, you are talking about your boss' personal life -- they are different and should be kept separate, by you and by them. If you are all close friends, and you were friends with your boss' spouse first, and you have a closer relationship than just boss-employee, then it might be a bit different. Otherwise, it would be best to stay out of it and not get involved.

Say nothing... Do nothing... You always have to be VERY careful with work. You could lose your job if you get involved in personal issues

I would mind my own business unless confronted by the husband.
If you knew first hand that they were involved I would tell him.
