GPU Acceleration deactivated?

Ok.
So I have the new Pinnacle v.11 right and Im just starting to work with HD in it. Im wondering why or how and what it is that I need something about the GPU and that its disactivated. Im wondering if I need to buy a new GPU or I dont know what else to do

Go to pinnacles support web site and ask what you need to do to activate you graphics accelerator
