I myself have had the same problem. I could not reach
orgasam during sex, unless I was on top, and than it
wouldn't happen alot. We decided to try some toys to see
if that would help and it did. We bought a small vibrator,
it's not meant to go inside, just to stimulate me outside.
So during foreplay we use it and while having oral sex.
I now experience several orgasams every time.
However, your wife may not be having orgasams for other
reasons. When woman are stressed or worried, sex is
not important to us. Take your wife out for a nice dinner and
talk to her like you did when you were dating. Show alot
of attention, but don't act like your only interested in sex.
Rub her back in bed and just make her feel relaxed and
comfortable for a few days and than if that does not work,
try some toys. Some woman think it's a bad idea, but the
result is so great.

have you tried different postions, like putting a pillow under her butt. HOw about a gentle massage for a long time after a hot bath it relaxes the mussels, also a really good idea is to talk to her about it, she may not be able to have an orgasam while being penitrated, 75% of woman can't.
Plus getting her to think in a sexy way can help read an erotic story together or a romance novel, to stimulate the brain first.
hope it helps

This happens to tons of couples. It's perfectly normal. It's great that you and your wife have an honest relationship so that she doesn't have to fake it! That's a very good sign.
Try lots of forplay, and clitoral stimulation. Have you done oral on her? If not, you should definitely try it if it's not repulsive to you. Women usually love it, and it really gets them coming.
If all else fails, why not buy a little finger vibrator that you can stimulate her with? Don't just pull it out and be like yeah since I can't do it I'll use this, be like hey look what I found at the store...doesn't this look like fun?? Say it in a sexy voice that will surely turn her on. She can return the favor by using it on your penis and testicles, I've heard it feels great!
Good luck, I hope that you and your wife can work this out! :)

You have neglected to say how you are trying to help her achieve orgasm or if she is even capable of getting an orgasm.
I would first ask her if she has ever had one and if not buy her a vibrator and some books on self pleasuring. She must know what gets her off before she can guild you.
Have her pleasure herself in front of you and let her show you what she likes.
Every woman is different but only a tiny fraction can *** with plain ole intercourse so I hope you are using plently of manual and oral stimulation where it counts- to her clitoris!

Ask your wife if she has every masturbated. If she has, ask her to show you how she does it. Once she teaches you, you can do it for her, making it a much more erotic experience for the both of you.
Get her feedback when it comes to the stimulation you have already tried. Has there been absolutely nothing that has gotten her close?
During oral sex try different patterns of movement of your tongue on her clitoris, different pressures, etc. Don't just concentrate on her clitoris, stimulate her labia as well. Use everything to your advantage. I love it when my guy breathes heavily down there. The warm blowing sensation gives me tingles.

Do you mean during intercourse or at all? Most women do not orgasm during intercourse. She can always self stimulate during intercourse. I do that and it's great! Most women also take about 20 minutes to reach orgasm so are you sure that you're stimulating her clitoris long enough? I masterbate during intercourse and it makes my orgasm come much more quickly.

Remember : her mind is her largest sexual organ ; she isn't doing her part to aid herself in attaining orgasm so don't worry about it. It's not your fault at all.
