Cleaning Off Oil Pastels?

I've been playing around with oil pastels lately, and I have a question. When I layer colors, i get bits of the last color on my pastel. What's the best way to remove this?

Baby wipes. They are amazing on oils. Takes them right off your hands too.

Use the oil paint thinner.
