someone needs to turn this crappy, forsaken oxygen to carbon dioxide! I do it for the plants.. consider me an environmentalist!

I read somewhere that someone asked the world's oldest man if he could give advice on the secret about how one can live as long as he did.
He said, keep breathing as long as possible.
Seemed like good advice at the time.
