It's just "seafood" You would never say "seafoods". It's not "seafood's" either since it is neither a contraction nor a possessive.

If this is a grammar question, you've hit on my pet peeve. The only time you use an apostrophe s (seafood's) is if it is possessive. or a contraction. i.e. The seafood's quite tasty at this place (contraction of seafood is), or the seafood's chef is quite good. (possessive- the chef belongs to the seafood). You do not use an apostrophe for a plural. (The answers are useful; take notes on the lecture).
So, to answer you question, the correct word is seafoods.

Why, oh why would you ask this? Wine is a collective noun. Seafood is a collective noun. So there's no need for the plural, nor the possessive. This makes my brain hurt.

Definitely! I recomend a white wine, pinot gricio is got a liter flavor than chardonay, white zinfidel is got a sweeter taste but goes great with salmon, or try a savignon blanc with a fish and shrimp platter.

seafood alone. The apostrophe is used to denote possession so no need.
