they might have a hard time beating the saints but they should be fine with the other teams. Hopefull that they got a new coach they will do good but with all the allegations with vick might be a problem

As a Buccaneers fan I don't like the Falcons and with Vick's recent dog fight problems, I'like them even less.
I think the Falcons won't make the play-offs and will have a hard time staying out of the last place in the division. The Buccaneers and Panthers were crap last year but they should be able to rebound and have competitive teams this year.
I foresee the Saints winning this division. This combined with the fact that this has been a very tough division since the reallignment makes me believe that the Falcons won't win the division, let alone easily.

I think the only dogfight with the falcons will be at Vick's house. They are not a very good team and last in the NFC South is their most likely ending spot at the end of the season.

lets get 1 thing straight, you people need to think 4 yourselfs, did u watch espn on may 24th, they interviewed the DA , and he said there was no evidence linking it to vick . so how can u suspend him for not being connected. The falcons will easily win the division this year, we took the saints major wepon joe horn. plus they are switching from a 3-4 to a 4-3

The NFC South will definitely be a dogfight, but Vick and the Falcons will not even be in it.

It is a rough division to win. Every team in that division looks like they have a chance to win it. The falcons needs a better offensive line and better play out of the defense. The buccs, panthers, and saints all have good pass rushes and the panthers and saints have very good offenses. I think it will come down to injuries and small mistakes in those games.
