I want to delete them all

Well I'm not sure about a certain folder I'll keep looking for one and I'll edit this with the answer.
But you can delete them very easily by clicking on the yellow star next to the yellow star with a plus sign and then RIGHT click on the favorite you want to get rid of and click delete. It will ask you if you are sure say yes.

C:\windows\favorites
Open Windows Explorer
open the favorites folder
be sure you delete the favorites, not the folder

I'm not sure I'm correct on this. I have Vista, with IE7. favorites is on "c" drive.
right click on start and left click on "explore" fo to "c" and favorites is there.
