I'm a new baseball fan and I'm trying to figure out stats. I want to know how many single a players has hit but when I look at stats they only include 2B (Double) and 3B (Triple). What about 1B (Single)?

Total Hits (H) would be all hits, they generally list (XBH) which is extra base hits, which would be all doubles (2B), triples (3B), and home runs (HR). So you could subtract XBH from H, and the result would be how many singles, but if you don't have XBH, add up 2B, 3B and HRs to get it.

1B == H - 2B - 3B - HR
