"The unlawful use or threatened use of force or violence by a person or an organized group against people or property with the intention of intimidating or coercing societies or governments, often for ideological or political reasons"

The kind of torture the American military is accused of is for the specific purpose to get terrorsits to spill the beans on other terrorists, therefore preventing other deaths.

So it does not fit the definition of "terrorism."

Now when Saddam broke arms & legs in public, that was with the intention of intimidating or coercing the Iraqi society. So that torture would definately fit the definition of "terrorism."

Lets think about this for a min.

When we catch one of these animals we give them food (cooked to their religion) we give them a mat to pray on, the toilet is facing the correct way for Mecca. They get to pray. Hell they all gained 20-30 lbs.

Now how do we get treated when they catch us. Scratch head here. They cut our heads off.

Now who torturing??????

Perhaps we should just level ANY country that harbors these animals, and not listen to the dems cry about the Geneva Convention for these animals.
