its amazing what extent people go to when their team loses a big game. foul or no foul, refs call what they see at that moment in time, they dont get the luxery of replays. it was a conference final playoff game, if your only strategy in a final posession of a clutch game is to give the ball to your 1 great player, and hope he has enough respect from the officials to attleast end up at the free throw line by simply driving to the hoop and throwing up the ball in traffic, it may be time to consider developing an actual team. lebron is great, but cleveland doesnt deserve a championship until they build a team around him. the refs arent going to rob a solid team like detroit from a home playoff game on a toss up foul call. cleveland isnt that established yet. sorry, but its the way it works, teams earn respect, and that respect may subconsiously effect a key call in a clutch game. i can see both sides, and im a die hard pistons fan, and i have been since the bad boys days. ive seen them earn and lose respect over the years, much like a rookie future star has to. you prove your worthiness, and you get the questionable calls as a team or as a player.

How many of you people actually play hoops? This is embarrassing...anyone that plays knows what playoff ball is like...doesn't matter if it's playground or the NBA, when the stakes are high you come strong and don't cry about weak fouls and little contact...MJ would have jumped through or over Rip on that play, which is why he has 6 rings...Lebron needs to learn that- he's got time, but he needs to get aggressive in the playoffs...you whiners need to shut the hell up, cause if it had gone the other way you'd be celebrating and ragging on Pistons fans...

I am not a fan of either team, but it was an obvious foul. Sure they had that wide open shot, but that should never have occured because of the foul on lebron. By the way, RIP didn't stop Lebron... he hammered him so he wouldn't make the shot. The Cavs outplayed the Pistons in both games. 2-0 Cavs if you go by the better team....

Rip clearly fouled Lebron in that last play. But what about Larry Hughes' missed open jumper from 10 feet? Do you think Mike Brown and the Cavs would complain had Hughes made that shot? Hughes had all the chance to win that game more than Lebron did in the preceding play but he choked on that one. The Cavs should stop whining.

as much as I hate say it Lebron James got off he scored 25 of the cavs last 29 points. He was throwing everything up in the net and my Pistons are about to go home and watch the finals on tv. We were all witnesses to the arrival of Lebron James tonite.Cleveland is going to be a serious title contender for a long time.

Not blind, just on Detroit's payroll. Honestly the Pistons lucked into this win with a load of crap. Its Lebron James. The only way to stop him is to FOUL him. If he didnt get fouled on that shot, it goes in. Hamilton was all over Lebron that whole last play. There could have been multiple fouls there.

Cry babies, shut the hell up. LeBron can't do it. The Pistons are that deal. Gone head and blame the ref's, every team that has blame the refs(Phoenix) are at home watching the playoffs. I'm tired of little pusses blaming the refs. Listen to the commentators, they said it all. So stop whining and get ready for that Pistons Spurs finals

You're not crying are you? Because if you are then you can go hang out with the biggest crybaby of all Mike Brown. So much for being a coach.
And again we didn't even play good again but we still won!
Cleveland had chances. Face it!

They consistently missed calls in the 4th. Better to let the game play itself out.
