I did at one time...it was way annoying cuz the damn pliers always seemed to be misplaced

I used to. But then I made a special tool out of a kitchen knife with a hack saw? Works better than the knob did.

That is how I am turning my dryer on now.. it really sucks.. but it is a good thing the knob is broken... my 2 and 3 yr old put my kitten in the dryer... and they couldn't figure out how to turn it on..

Actually the volume button on the telly is out of whack. I have to use a pencil or pen just to make the sound quieter.

So I literally have to sit that close to it.

Now Robin, don't get crazy with the electrical appliances. Just send the manufacturer an email and they will send you the k-nob (as we call them here) that you need.

lol we used to on our dryer... But my grandma had the same dryer as us, so when she died we took the knob. And her washing machine.
