How's your health?

Pretty good. Am in my 40's, never broken a bone, been to hospital or taken more than a few days off work due to illness. Have taken antibiotics once, because of an infection after dental work. No chronic health issues. Regular blood donor. Get head colds once or twice a year. That's life :)

I am fine. I can outpower my vegetarian coworkers but they can beat me in agility 60%. They can do 50% more pushups, handstands and pullups. I can lift two 40 pound water jugs in a curl style.

I can carry a mid-size fridge alone on my back 50 feet to the front door.

I can still leg press 1000 pounds (the whole rack) 1 or 2 times but I dont pride myself on it.

I bought a 24 speed bike last weekend to get in shape.

5' 11" 205 lbs. I want to be 180

I am in poor health at the moment. Coughing a lot. Out of breath. Got a runny nose, too. Not good, not good..

Bad , I was a health nut in my 20 's and 30's . Now in my 40's ,I'm falling apart . I always knew life was unfair.
