This question is not designed to be inflammatory. It is designed to promote honest debate about the powers of the executive branch. From what I know from High School civics and my own reading, the President does not have the power to a) pass laws b) create taxes or c) declare war. So what's with HiIlary, Mitt, Barack, and John? Won't they pretty much do what Congress wants them to do, excluding the occasional veto?
