My two favorites are Miles Davis - Kind Of Blue (classic) and The Crusaders - Chain Reaction (from the 70s). The Crusaders has Larry Carlton on guitar and hes always been my favorite jazz guitarist.

My most favorite jazz (for me it's Smooth Jazz) CD is an album by a female Japanese artist by the name of Keiko Matsui. The album is "Deep Blue".

Lately, "Hamp in Paris" I've been listening to at least one side of it everyday for about 2 mos now and it blows my mind every time. And I never heard a Dave Brubeck Album I didn't like, but the greatest hits is an excellent starting point.
