the nose would hurt the most . Its cartilage . For your lip its a very hurtful pinch but it still isn't as bad as the nose .

snakebite since of the venom plus you can put solution on the pierced places

i have my nose & lip done & neither of those hurt...probably the snakebites wouldn`t hurt either, altho i don`t have those myself...i`m just guessing because i have a lot of piercings (14) & none of them were painful, so...

LOL, omg they all stupid
none of them hurt
i had my lip pierced once twice
healed
then snakedbites 3 times
and my nose
and really none of them did.

I would say a snake because of venom.
