Increase the size of your virtual memory. (Pagefile)
To do this Rightclick My Computer, then Properties.
Then click Advanced, then the Performance settings.
Then click Advanced again on the window that opens, then in Virtual Memory click Change...Check Custom...
Change the Pagefile to no less that 2 times the size of your memory sticks..and that should work fine...Reboot to complete the process.

YOU NEED MORE RAM. 512 just doesn't cut it anymore. And with all your other computer specs (which are good) you should have at least twice that (i would suggest 8 times that). As for the loud sounds your computer makes go to wal-mart or dollar general and pick up a can of no moisture air and take off the casing of your computer and spray it down to get rid of all that dust in your computer. You aren't running that many programs on your computer and about the onlything you could do without is the wow.exe. Another thing you could do is go to "run" in your start menue and type in "msconfig" this will show you all the items that run when your computer starts up and then just unclick everything you don't need. I hope this helps.

VMemory is only used when Ramm is used up. Buy more ramm. Turn off unneeded processes and services. Go into startup and google items, it will tell you if it is necessary, recommend, optional or bad. Uncheck the items/apply, reboot. I would also make sure youre not using more than 1 antivirus. Make sure you get rid of red flag software like AOell, Weatherbug, Banzai Buddy, Smileys, Downloaded screensavers and pointers.

CTR+ALT+DELETE under the Processes, you need to End Processes on many if the programs that you run. Especially those you dont use. PLZ be careful in ending processes, I would need a list to more specifically tell you which ones u can end, and which ones NEED 2 stay up.
