The Beatles sing Lucy in the Sky With Diamonds. it was mainly written be John Lennon (credited to Lennon/McCartney. It was recorded in 1967 for their album, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band. The woman Lucy , that the song is about is most likely Lucy O'Donnell.

Who doesn't? -unless you're under 10! John Lennon and Paul McCartney penned it and the Beatles were the first to record it. I'm sure others have recorded it since.
