Yes a restraining order is a good idea...also depending on the laws of your state it may be legal for you to record the calls,,,that would certainly help your case for an order

I had the same problem, i dont know if it is available where you live, but for a small cost each month i had caller id on my phone, i can see all numbers who ring me, and when it's him i simply chose not to answer it, simple !

just dont answer the phone.. u have to call the lawyer or police for him with if ur feeling he is harrasing you
