There is no dress code for Broadway shows. Usually the dress is determined by the restaurant you attend. I've worn everything from gala dresses to sweat pants to a show. People really don't care.

They dress in a matter that can separate them from others such as no goth; no heavy make-up etc... They are very well groomed and stress good hygiene. basically you would not be able to tell them from one person to the next, they shop where you shop and dress in clothes that are not revealing but stylish. Remember that every one has there own personality and there own way of dressing. I do know that the women wear dresses to their meetings and the men wear suits this is out of respect to their God Jehovah. But in general, No they don't have a dress code, just a respectfull code of ethics.

Theaters are air conditioned, so I would go for a lightweight pair of pants and a shirt. Have fun at Spamalot.

Shorts are fine. Plus with Spamalot it is more free than any other show. You could come in a suit of armour and no one would think any less of you... that is how wild it is!

jeans and a dress shirt and boots-no tennis shoes. It isn't as formal, but you aren't going to a football game. So you should look nice.

Casual but not too casual. I wouldn't go in shorts!
