I am currently working on a research paper for my history class. I would really like a nice cover page, and i was wondering if anyone had any idea of where to find a picture of a medieval bow/arrows. What i am really looking for (if possible) would be a picture of someone shooting flaming arrows, raining arrows, etc.

Try "Medieval 2: Total War" images on your search engine.
It's a game and it's screenshots are awesome.

Oh, if only there were a way to capture an image from Henry V (Branagh version) or Braveheart, there were some mediaeval battle scenes of raining arrows upon the enemy!

IN medieval times they used diseased & contagious dead bodies & sling shot them over the top of the walls of the enenies ... Ain't that a pretty site to behold? Look up for one like that ... it sure beats flaming arrows.

As well as the ones mentioned, you might try catching a series called War Walks. This has a particularly nice bit on the long bow.

You might also consider other programs by the same presenter.

Failing that, Robin Hood, prince of thieves (Classic).

Gladiator---Beginning of the movie has arrows like that.
Braveheart----Same thing, more swords however.

Movies like that, they wont know where the pics came from.
