A woman can get pregnant while going through menopause, because she's still ovulating, even if intermittently. After menopause is done, no, she is no longer fertile.

Hope this helps.

Menopause is not something that suddenly happens one day. It's a long process that takes many years for most women. A woman can still get pregnant during the menopause process, as long as she's getting a period now and again, no matter how irregularly. A woman isn't considered fully finished with menopause until she has not had a period for a year. After that point, it is highly improbable if not impossible for her to get pregnant.

I don't think so because she's not producing eggs anymore. But if she is currently going through menopause and still has periods or spotting, i think she probably could.

Not in the natural way, but she can have "in vitro" fertilization, where and egg and sperm are put together by a doctor, and then the egg is inserted into her womb (uterus). It doesn't always take. Just this week a 60 year-old woman went to South Africa for this procedure and she gave birth to twins. This is not a typo--she really is 60, that's sixty years old!
