I use an average curling bar that you would always seem to find at a gym, curved where you would place your hands for better support and used when doing standing curls. Anyone know how much these things weigh?

as little as 15 or as much as 25. Weigh your self on the scale , then pick up the bar and weigh yourself again holding the bar. Subtract and you'll know.

yeah, the ones that are curved where you put your hands, they are usually 15 lbs. I use a curl bar at my school and they are all curved and they are 15 lbs.
