No-but I once parked in a handicapped spot at like 4 am --in the rain--with a sick infant---was running in for infant tylenol. A cop was waiting for me when I came out of the store 'warning me' that he knows its 4 am--but next time I'd get a $50 fine.
I think most disabled persons would've understood my 'borrowing' a more convenient space for the 2 minutes it took me to run in and out with a sick baby........maybe not.

Faking pregnancy? Sounds like a lot of work just to get a parking space at the mall... I need the exercise anyway!
