Bulls (AKA Male Cows) belong to the vertebrate class, Mammalia.

Since all mammals have nipples (and mammary glands) then, yes, bulls would have nipples. Just remember, that the mammary glands in male mammals are not as developed as in the female mammals.

An umbilical cord is only found attached to a fetus/developing offspring of placental mammals (which does include cows). The umbilical cord provides the connection between mother and developing offspring (inside the womb). The umbilical cord forms regardless of the sex of the offspring.

Yes of course a bull has nipples & an umbilical cord... as do all mammels.

No , there is no such animal. A cow is a female bovine. A bull is the male of the species.
