It does but you have to be careful. The wings are extremely heavy. They could cause serious back problems. They are also very hard to control. If you attempt to fly before getting a good handle on them, you may put your life in great danger. I suggest you call red bull's flying school first to learn how to use them. Well Seeker, I hate to be the downer here, it does give you wings, but they are small ones!
You can't fly with them! They get in the way when you're trying to fasten a safety belt! They smell like old cabbage! The chicks will run the other way when they see you! You sleep wrong and you have to iron them the next morning!

No it is impossible. But if you drink too many it might make you under the impression that you do because you have too much energy. Beware when you crash though.
