They are all inalienable so equal. However, there is one right that if infringed on sets up a situation where all the others are greatly endangered and that is the freedom of individual Americans to own and bear military-grade arms.

Freedom of Speech!! nothing worse than not being able to speak your mind, or state your opinions.

The Bill of Rights, in my opinion, has no rights that are more important than the others. Reasoning, The Bill of Rights are a compilation of basic freedoms that are guaranteed to each American. Basic freedoms are of little importance individually. Basic rights are the building blocks that allow people to live as they wish so long as they do not infringe on the rights of others. Collectively, these freedoms enable us to live without watching what we say and have an opinion, they enable us to work where we want and for who we want, marry or not to marry or who to marry or not to marry, the right to due process meaning that we are entitled to a fair and speedy trial by a jury of our peers for accusations or torts against the society in which we live, the right to keep and bear arms to defend ourselves from intruders, tyrranists, czars, terrorists and those who would seek to enslave us into peonage or slavery, and the right to be honest, decent people without having to suffer the burden of those who would ridicule us into shame; freedom to fight to keep the land we love and the freedom to love her with all our hearts, the freedom to be American Citizens, the freedom to be and wear that name in pride with our heads high, the freedom to rule ourselves in a manner that we wish designated by the majority of the people of our society with checks and balances that prevent it from becoming one sided or a particular group in control of our country, freedom to live under the stars or in a home as we choose, the freedom to choose our friends and neighbors. If I had to pick one as the most important I could not as they work hand in hand to provide the very concept of FREEDOM, anything less would just be privileges in someone elses society. We should guard each and every one of these freedoms and the bill of rights because without them life would be different than we know it now. We should work to enhance those freedoms as those that would take them encroach on their very essence like taking guns away, telling us where to work, how to work, what to say and not say, listening to what they choose for us to hear, selling us out to capitalists. There are a many people in our world that would enjoy those rights under a blanket of freedom that is provided as they are still oppressed and have not the courage nor the tools to fight those that seek to enslave them and if they are given one right they live in fear knowing that it can be taken away at any time and without them as a whole, there is not freedom only tyranny with privilege. It takes the whole package to say we are a free people. We the people, by the people and for the people. It is a simple concept and I guess that is why they cannot understand it. There is power in numbers and when the masses are in danger of losing even one of the articles of their bill of rights they band together and they are heard. One person cannot be heard but is protected by what We the people stands for. It is not perfect and in some places complicated but all in all one of them alone does not stand out but as a freedom they are written on my heart allowing me to sleep at night and walk outside during the day without fear of danger or violence or undue oppression. I am sorry I did not help with your question but I did try. God bless our country..

They are all of equal importance. Otherwise the founding fathers would not have included them. I love and live them all.
