don't pick and pry them off, go to Sally's and get a bottle of pure acetone, it's only 2 bucks or so........ soak them off, the acetone dissolves the acrylic material, making it soft and gooey, and you can wipe it off. Picking and prying not only hurts, it can do serious damage to your natural nails.
The acetone feels "cold" and it does dry out the skin and nail a bit, but just wash well with soap and water afterwards and apply a good hand cream.

you can use nail polish remover with acetone, but it's diluted with water and fragrances and takes way longer. Best to get pure acetone from Sally's.
Oh, and use a glass dish or container to do the soaking because some plastics can also dissolve in the acetone.

The problem with acrylic nails is that they destroy your real nails. I speak from experience. To get fake nails off they have to be soaked off with nail polish remover for an hour. I recently had acrylic nails put on and they looked very nice. Of course I had to go to the nail salon for a "fill in" which is more money. Anyway, I got disgusted and decided to have the nails come off on their own. Much to my surprise, the nail bed underneath was so weak and brittle, that all the nail growth peeled off and now I have very short nails..I am so disgusted, but what I did is I bought a protein product for the nail and I polish my nails every day and they are starting to grow. I vowed I will never ever again put those horrible plastic acrylic things on my nails ever again. A note of interested: Have you ever seen a nail technician with acrylic nails? No, because they know better. So, after you get acrylic nails off, buy the protein nail product and start filing down rough edges, polish every day, and wait for natural growth. You will have stronger nails and be better off. Best of luck.

Soak them in hot water with soap and acetone. If they are acrylic, go to a nail salon and have them removed for like $5. Don't pull off acrylic nails. If just fake from a pack you do it yourself, you do the first step. ♥

if you mean acrylic nails then you have to soak your fingures in nail polish remover for like 2 hours and then they eventually just melt off and then you just pick the sticky stuf off- it takes a really long time so i would watch a couple movies or something to keep you busy- but this i sthe only way to do it with no pain and you don't damage your nails as much either

The best way to remove acrylic nails is to soak them in acetone until it dissolves.

You can also go to a nail salon and have them remove it (but they will just sit you down and have you soak your hands in acetone)

Or you can use a metrocard and slide it in between your nails and the tips.

soak them in acetone nail polish remover. It will disolve the glue and basically disolve the plastic nail too. It smells aweful but it is the only thing you can do. Be sure to wash your hands well when you are through and do not touch your face.

It should say on the package how to get them off easily, but u probably threw it away so......what you do is get a bowl and put nail polish remover in it, then soak your hands in it for awhile. (idk how long it depends) they will start to loosen up, you should be able to peel them off. But dont count on using them again. But seriously thats the only non-painful way to remove them (unless you have a cut on your hand, the nail polish remover would really hurt on that)

Soak in Acetone nail polish remover. This should soften them up to make it easier to remove.
