The thought of my wife in my arms, just a hug and a peck on the cheek does it.
My son coming to see my from England.
My daughter who's now pregnant and expecting in Sept.
Seeing the sun the next morning and letting my dog out.
Living...is the BEST thing to make your heart skip a beat, record or not.

Too much exercise when I'm exhausted, and blood. Also when I'm around the girl I like. Sometimes it does sound like a broken record.

When the sun sets low and red over the Great Salt Lake

when the night turns purple and all around you looks velvet

when you make eye contact with someone and their eyes sparkle

when you get off work...or out of school... and the window is down and your freeeee

when all is quiet save for a calm summer breeze
