even if you dont like the war , would you still vote for a party that is pro gay marriage , wants to kill babies in the womb , take prayer away from everywhere , wants to give out condoms to elementary kids . i mean really , will America stoop to the level of the no-morals democrats ?

Where do you get this stuff?
1) The Republican front runner Rudy Giuliani is pro gay marriage and pro-choice.
2) No one has ever purposed taking prayer away from every where (just how would you do that any way)
3) I have never even heard of a federal Program to give condoms to elementary school sounds like one of Rush's drug induced dreams
4) Newt Gingrich the great hope of the right was having an affair while he was trying to drive Clinton from office, Rudy is on wife number three whom he left wife number two for. Wife number one was his cousin. Going back Ronald Regan's first wife Jane Wyman Divorced him on the ground of abuse, Esinhower had a 15 year affair with his driver (a woman) and even Lincoln may have had a homosexual relationship with his law partner (While the law partner was a married man)
No political party has a monopoly on morals or immorality
We were told we were going to war over weapons of mass destruction there were no WMD therefore the war was not justified. Weather we should just leave or not is a different question but the fact is we are there because as a nation we were lied to

You werent alive during Vietnam were you? This is exactly the same kind of bullsh*t we used to hear all the time.
"We cant leave! All the dominos will fall and the whole region will go communist! Theres light at the end of the tunnel! We're making progress!"
Tell me exactly how thats different from:
"We cant leave, if we leave the terrorists will take over and theyll follow us home! We're making progress, we have a new strategy! We're making progress I swear!"
Its not. Theyre both cheap scare-tactics used to keep these damn wars going. Do you really want to drag this country through another Vietnam? Do you want to bring back the draft? Pray tell, what else would you suggest we do? Nuke Iran maybe? Start another war? Why not? Threes the charm right?!
People like you are a big part of what kept Vietnam going for so long. And for what? Thousands upon thousands of dead US soldiers and Vietnamese people, and thats it. Oh yeah, and a totally dismantled Vietnam. And that is exactly what we're doing all over again in Iraq, and the sooner we get the hell out the sooner we can try diplomatically with other countries in the region to end the civil war. Think about it, Iran, Syria, Saudi Arabia, they all have a stake in having a stable Iraq. Theyll help, but not as long as we're there trying to force the Iraqis to do things our way. We need to get out, admit that it was incredibly stupid to go in, and try to help as best we can.

Heck, those morons are still running around making the claim that the Vietnam War "wasn't winnable" when the North Vietnamese architect of their victory over both the French in 1954 and the US in the '70s (Gen. Vo Nguyen Giap) has clearly explained that all we had to do was to cut the Ho Chi Minh Trail and the North Vietnamese Army would've been sh!t out of luck.
WHY we didn't cut the trail is a story for another time but I'm certain that you are able to draw the parallel with the Democrats' current claims that the Iraq War is "unwinnable".
They are selfish, unpatriotic, anti-military, defeatist bums that should be made to do something productive instead of spreading the vile nonsense that rattles around in their empty little heads.

I will vote Democrat before I would allow anyone to tell me how I HAVE to live to be "moral". Last I checked, I go to church on Sundays to worship GOD and Jesus Christ. Ain't nothing in the bible about worshiping the Republicans. So where do they get off telling me how I have to live to be moral and a good Christian? That is called passing judgment, my friend. And I believe that is one of those sins directly mentioned in the bible. Only GOD passes judgment over others.

Democratic amorality on the subjects you mention isn't a source of great concern for me, no.
I'd like to know, though, what you think could come to light at this late date that would make the war apear justified? I don't see how anything less than the consequences of actually withdrawing would do that - and, then, of course, it's too late.
