A very old movie called "Last House on the Left." Some drugged up people (Manson types) pick up two young girls at a rock concert and then take them out in the woods and do terrible things to them. There was a scene where a girl is stabbed, and you see the knife come through back to front and blood starts coming out of her mouth. I saw it at a drive-in theater and actually got out of the car and threw up.

The mock trailer for Eli Roth's Thanksgiving, a young cheerleader does the splits onto a sharp chef's knife.

As you can imagine, it turned my stomach and hit a bit close to home.

There is a scene in the french film titled Irréversible... there was a rape (forced sodomy) scene that was approx. 10 minutes long that was horrible. The rape scene was preceeded by a very graphic show of a man's head being bashed to much by a fire extingisher.

Also, a japanese film entitled Bizita Q (Visitor Q) has a scene were a man rapes the corpse of a woman he just killed and her body release everything (and I mean EVERYTHING) on him and he thought she was wet.

And then you might wanna check out Feed... that was just gross also, but a great movie nonetheless.

Sorry, I love messed up movies and could go on all day :)

Most of Braveheart, especially, well all of it, but especially that scene with the horses getting speared.
And, I know its not gore, but Borat was possibly the closest I've come to vomiting during a film
Actually, I take all that back, because this just hit me. That scene at the beginning of the Empire Strikes back when Harrison Ford slits open the stomach of that creature and puts Luke Skywalker inside. I just cant make myself eatch that part.

The closest I've ever been to vomiting was from "Jackass 2". I was just totally unprepared for any of the stuff that they were about to do, and the horse semen part just really hit the spot. I didn't vomit though.

Dead Alive. The soup part with all the things melting off ... I never vomitted but I wanted to. It didn't help that I was eating at the time.

My boyfriend vomitted during Pan's Labyrinth, though.

EDIT: I love gore, too. I can stomach and handle a whole lot. And usually eat through it, too.

....being a avid connoisseur of the horror film, it takes a whole heck of a lot to get this twisted one's bile a-risin'; however, the last time this came the closest to happening to me, was after viewing disc 5 of the "Traces of Death" shock-umentary series (unlike the series "Faces of Death", the scenes of which were 80% simulated or reinacted, the "Traces..." series is 100% USDA prime, the real deal, folks!!!).

One of the last scenes in the film, had a Japanese businessman pooping in a small cereal bowl, and the Japanese prostitute, whom he was with, was shown picking up a spoon, and....well, we don't have to go there; you get the picture!!!

I would probably say The Hills Have Eyes, I thought the whole movie was vulgar and I refuse to see the second one.

Oh god. In the late 80's there was some show... about a cop who had a dog who drooled a lot... it was sooooo gross. And I was at my friends house having pizza, and there is a scene where the dog drools all over some pizza

EW!!!

needless to say, I didn't eat pizza for over a year after that.

The end of Steven Spielberg's "The War of the Worlds" when after the aliens have been destroyed, Tom Cruise finds his family, and they are all dressed in their chunky knitwear, and gives his son a kiss, and is crying with happiness because his entire family have survived (not even one death!?...how convenient)
