Ok, so in the introduction give a short description of the event, and say why it was/is important to you or why it changed your life.
In the "Narrate what lessons you learned" section, expand upon this with info about what you did differently after the event and what influence it has had on your current life.
In the conclusion, tell the reader how important this lesson was and encourage them to think about it.
