It all happened on one particular day. A very black bump started appearing on my face. Before, you guys say anything about me not taking care of my skin...i will tell you that i wash my face and put lotion on it everyday...even to the extend of drawing the curtains to avoid sunlight when im at home. When i went school rashes started appearing and all that...

I try to treat the problem, but it started bleeding and became very unsightly and plus 4 more huge bumps started to appear alongside it...still i went to school appeared normal but no one understands the emotional trauma ive been through...I even have a girlfriend she still loves me and all that but i felt i let her down i mean my face is in a mess...

Still this is not the worst...Going to school everyday is like a burden to me because of my acne, is not that im nt positive about things in life but bcuz of my face i do not get that intimate with my girlfriend im embarrased to face her, i feel like i just cant be myself even in front of friends...I know you will be thinking yah your girlfriend still loves you and all that but unless you’re in my shoe you cant know what im feeling…

Weeks past, and I just decided to not go to school for one day to visit a dermatologist…I told my parents about it and they just started flaring up and scolding me…do they even know anything? Man, I really wish I can be in school seriously but the inside of me wants to go school, the outside does not permits…can you kind souls please give me some advice and relieve me of my depression?

So, did you go to the dermatoligist? If so, what did you get?

Im really sorry youre feeling this way. I went thru it somewhat, but others in my family had it worse. I DO know how youre feeling. It IS hard to face ppl, and get close. You are the type, from what you say, that feels good about life, but you feel like you cant live it, because of the acne.

It is VERY cool that you have a girlfriend. That tells me youre good looking and that a girl DID find you attractive, and you probably have a great personality...or she wouldnt be with you.

This is what I have found that works well...and Ive tried alot of stuff out there. I also have my son use something everyday, like 3-4 times a day.......

1) Murad...Look it up. You can order it online.

2) Mary Kay Acne Gel...7 bucks a tube and works well, if continuaslly used...3-4 times a day, or as much as you want.

3) Acutane Acne Med...a doctor can prescribe it. It WILL kill the acne, but is a very serious drug.

4) Use a cleanser that says for Sensitive skin.

Also look acne meds up online. Youll be amazed at the things that are out there for it. All you can do is try things.

I thank you for sharing your story. This is all I can offer. I hope it helps, and keep your chin up. Believe it or not, it does get better. My son is 15, and hes going thru it too. We're using Mary Kay, and it works for him...but he has to keep it on. Its great that youre washing. Do it everyday and night. but.......NO lotion....Regular lotions will make it worse. Just keep it dry. Dont put anything on it, but a medication.

Hey, feel better, will ya?*

My friend, you are not alone. Much acne is genetic. That's right. If you have bad acne, it's probably your parents fault. Acne is not caused by dirty skin or hair, nor by chocolate as some people think. There are some things you can do on your own. First, see that Dermatologist. There are treatments that can help. Second, Avoid all foods with iodine. You can get a list on the internet just by typing ACNE into yahoo search. Much more info there to help you fight this thing. Two very big things. Don't squeeze the pimples. A pimple is an infection and you can spread the infection to surrounding tissue if you squeeze them. And chill out dude. One of the biggest things that effects the forming of acne is stress. Being constantly stressed out is just making the problem worse. The doctor has medications that can clear your skin and help stop the attacks. And most of all. You are still you. You are important. Believe in yourself and you'll see a change in the way your skin reacts. Good luck my friend.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I'm no longer going to wager. By the best way, evolution has not anything to do with the soul and God. Evolution comes from inheritable tendencies via ordinary decision. That being mentioned, nor is conceived handiest made up. "Science Geek: The human brain developed to suppose in God and a soul. Lower primates most likely wouldn't have those ideals, how is evolution the unsuitable time period right here?" -you No madam you're unsuitable. Like I and Science Geek have mentioned, God and soul isn't inherited. Quick illustration for you. -People don't seem to be born with Religion, the notion in a soul, Math, writing, studying, technological know-how, and time. All of the ones are discovered. This could be proper despite the fact that. -The human brain developed, and via it the proposal of God and soul was once created. It cant be mentioned that the brain developed to suppose in God due to the fact that the brain can not evolve with strategies, handiest ordinary decision.

Yeah I know what you are sayin. I had the same problem, except I had a boyfriend not a girlfriend. I would suggest neutrogena(sp?) products. I use them and my skin doesn't flare out as much. I still don't like to face people because I still break out but thats normal. Your skin changes every few years from oily to dry back and forth. Its part of your bodies chemistry

I had severe acne in high school myself, and I'm totally empaphizing with you that it is no fun at all. You feel like a total outcast and everything else. What cured my acne was a prescription called Acutane. Ask your doctor about it.
