(c) Phantom
Well, I was near old Baxter when he died.
Me and a few close friends, there at his bed.
But I tell you, it was no normal death:
As he looked out the window, one small light
Flicked on in someone’s house out in the night.
And as he saw it, he let slip a smile,
And then he laughed like he’d not in a while,
Oh, how he chuckled freely at the sight!
Old Baxter laughed for some time after that.
He laughed the laugh of one who’d met his goal,
The laugh of one who’d garnered heaven’s store.
And after five long minutes had gone past,
The old man’s laughing grew heavy and slow,
And then it stopped. Baxter would laugh no more.

the hurt ,the anger
the pain, the loss
it will go, it will lessen
it will stop, it will regress
the happiness, the calmness
the gladness,the reunion
it will come,it will continue
it will stay,it will be joyous
I wrote this for my daughter she is having a hard time right now.
