One of my close friend and I always debate this, and we are on complete opposites sides of the spectrum.

Rhonda...I think that is really rude. I think that it is messed up that you are making such big judments about an entire race.
There are stereotypes about black people being ignorant (and no I do not believe it but it is out there) and you are furthur perpetuating that sterotype. I think it is important to view people as people and just that.
As far as the question goes my rule of thumb is when you are prepared to get married and have a child. Sex is a hige responsibilty, very risky and should not be taken lightly. I think that it is prefrable to wait until you are married, but not absolutley necessary
