Loosen it a bit, then put a towel over it and loosen it some more and pull it all the way out.
Or do what my ex did one New Year's Eve-- Shake the bottle and aim it towards the next trailer.

Tip it to the side a little and give it a quick yank so it doesn't hit you in the eyes , then put your mouth over the end in case it goes shooting all over the place making a mess .

Wait until the pig asks you to fiddle with it. Usually there's enough pressure built up in there that it pops right out.
