Can you get IVF to have kids and you and you partner don't nedd to have sex?

You must mean IVF
It means In Vitro Fertilization.A way to conceive with the help of medical measures.

If you and your partner do not want to have sex, frankly, you probably shouldn't be a parent. You've got too many hangups. If you are unable to have sex (one is paralyzed for instance), that would be a different story. IVF is at minimum, about $8,000 for one cycle. The pricing has changed dramatically in the past couple of years and it is sometimes covered by insurance.

An egg is matured, removed and fertilized outside the womb, then the resulting embryo is implanted into the womb.

In-Vetro Fertilization, where a fertilized egg, probably 2 or 3, are placed in the woman, and hopefully at least one will implant successfully.

Nope, no need for sex, they harvest the eggs and sperm, fertilize the eggs, and implant a couple of the best ones.
