My country..Thailand ,please read the reasons below,
"If you are interested in Temple, you should go to Wat Pra Kaew & The Grand Palace, there should be the first place to go and also there are many temples around Wat prakeaw you can easily walk to. If you love to shopping you can go to Chatuchak, China town, Pratunam, Bo Be, Sam Pheng, Bang Lamphu. Many things are cheap and you can bargain the prices. If you like to go out at night, you should go to Silom road, Sukumwit Road, Royal Citiy avenue, there are many bars, restaurent, discotheque, Massage." Kate, USA

The county is rich in culture, and beauty, but, what I think makes Thailand the way it is, is without a doubt, the people! I am returning again this year, and hope to continue to visit every year! Hopefully someday plan to live there." Charlie, New Mexico.

"When I was in the military stationed at Ubon RTAFB I fell in love with your country and its people. I was permitted to do some travelling back then and I loved every minute. I do not remember all the places or faces I met but a special friend "Prayoon" is always close to my heart. He got married soon after my return to the States and I regret that I did not keep in touch. I do have a picture of him and I keep it on my dresser (for the past 30+ years). I went to villages, temples and countless coconut groves. The Thai people are wonderful and I hope to someday return and share in the wonderful Muang Thai again. I tried to learn the Thai language while I was there and I did quite well (unlike most American servicemen). I respect other countries and cultures and thrive on learning about every new thing I encounter. I wish I had spent more time in Bangkok but on the other hand I got to see the real people of Thailand, in the countryside, not just the city dwellers. Sawadee. (I hope I remembered that correctly - not too many people That I know speak Siamese)." Czecksten, USA

"Ahoy Thailand! Your country is the most beautiful that I have ever been to. Visiting Phi Phi Leh where the Americans filmed "The Beach" was something else. Paradise does exist; but only in Thailand." - Jason, England.

"We lived in Thailand for a year and we truly love your country. The people are so warm and friendly and always took the time to answer all of our many questions, and as a result we learned much of your culture and the Thai ways. We have been home for two years now and we still miss our second home of Thailand. In your guide book tell people to be sure to eat in the small restaurants where the Thai people eat. It is a good way to meet people and the food is just wonderful." - Karen USA.

"I have been in Thailand. I love Thai food and the country." Jathai, USA.

"I absolutely LOVE Thailand. My family lives in Thailand and I usually go there every year to visit my relatives. When I'm older I want to move there to live with my family. I can hardly wait until next year! The beaches are the best in the world. I've been to Rayong, Bajuapcadeecun, and Pattaya. But I love the shopping the most. My favorite place was Central Ladprow. I also like hanging out at the schools, my aunt is a professor at Suan Sunanta University." Katie, America.

"When I arrived in Thailand I was overwhelmed by the beauty of everything I saw and everyone I met. Thailand is the most fascinating, beautiful, colourful, charming, friendly and all round AMAZING place in the world. It is very hard to find words to express my views of magnificent Thailand. Everyone is so friendly, I feel like Thailand is my second home, truly the land of smiles! In Thailand I visited The Grand Palace, Wat Po, Temple of the Golden Buddha, Bang Pa-In Summer Palace, Ayutthaya and so many more amazing things that would take me pages and pages to write down! I also cruised down the mighty Chao Praya River from Ayuttaya back to Bangkok. Thailand is so beautiful and diverse and it makes me sad that I have to leave. I promise myself that I shall return and one day live in AMAZING Thailand!" Isabelle, Australia.

"I've been to your loverly country many times and as my wife is Thai we can't wait until we move back for good to live up north in Chiang Mai. Your country is full of very friendly smiling people, beautiful scenery, great temples and the food, wow!! Love everything about Thai culture and Thailand." Robbie, Australia.

"To see what I feel is the "real" Thailand, you must visit areas outside of Bangkok and the other commonly known cities. I go to Esarn when I visit as my wife and I own a home there and most of her family lives there. Our home is near Wat Prang Ku in Chaiyaphum. My in-laws live at Ban Sakai Nam which is a few kilometers from Chaiyaphum. I have the privilege of seeing how people in Thailand really live and it is very interesting to a farang. We also visit Nong Khai often, it is very different from Bangkok. The Mekong River in this area is very beautiful and the Friendship Bridge is an interesting thing to see and when the water is low we swim there. I do speak Thai, but as you know, Lao is spoken in the Northeast so I still have to struggle to communicate. It is very fun to learn a new language though. I have a great respect and admiration for your King and Royal Family. I wish we had someone in my country like The King. If you have an interest in Buddhism or are a practicing Buddhist then Thailand is a must to visit as the Wats are awesome and are everywhere. My favorite thing about Thailand is it's people. Thai's are the most friendly and kind people I have ever been around! I strongly suggest that anyone who has thought about visiting Thailand should go as soon as possible and see what you have been missing!!" - Clint Brink, USA.

"The Greatest thing for me about my trip to Thailand was collecting my son. We adopted him two years ago from Nakhon Si Thammarat. He was 18 months old at the time, he is three now and doing great. I am so proud of him and his Thai heritage, he is also very proud to be Thai and is looking forward to visiting the country of his birth. It is very beautiful and the people are so friendly." - John, England.

"Renting a car and driving the Sukhumvit Highway from Pattaya almost to Trat. We stopped along the roadside to sightsee, eat and look at all the nice things. Most of the places we visited were "off the beaten track", and not frequented by foreign tourists. The people were friendly all the way. We are returning to the Kingdom of Thailand in two days for another visit. We can hardly wait to eat the hot Thai food again. It is delicious." - Benmart, USA

"My mother is originally from Thailand and my father is a Belgian. We visit Thailand every 2 years and I like it very, very much. There are a lot of nice people, the weather is fantastic, the food is incredibly delicious and everything is as cheap as can be!!!" - Gentilla, Belgium

I completely agree, it is indeed cold here, although our friends across the sea don't think we can justify that claim! Right now, I'd probably go somewhere exotic like Japan, or Hawaii, or even sail around the Greek islands, just cos I've always wanted to. My first choice would normally have been England, but I'm doing that in November anyway, yay me!!
