Sorry I don' know. But I will tell you to be wary of the myths that have sprung up around her. These are mostly due to the imaginings of a playwright called Shakespeare who wrote a play years ago - the stories of the rug and passionate love affairs are apocryphal with little supporting evidence (other than hearsay).

Consider that she was a Queen in a land that was largely divided, both spiritually and politically. That her country was being invaded by Romans, who would have wished to impose Roman values on the population, did she seduce or did she come to some other arrangement with Julius Caesar? We'll never know for certain because any possibility of records would have perished within the fires of history.

Hope this helps

Cleopatra did not have free time!
I mean. "Ironically, though Cleopatra saw Egypt as her Empire and gave much of the 39 years she lived toward trying to make Egypt a secure kingdom. It was to this end she seduced Julius Caesar... by rolling herself up in a rug and having the rugtaken to his bedroom.Voila! She presented herself" - wow o.O
Seductive..
"her youth,
charm, her intelligence (she spoke 9 languages).
She was much learned in Astromy and Math.
Caesar was impressed with this nineteen year old girl.
Caesar was 52 years old,
Cleopatra not his first or only mistress.
But Plutarch wrote that Cleopatra was very charming,
with a voice like a 'many-stringed instrument."
How can a woman this INTELLIGENT have any time of her own?
She must of had time though, evreyone needs a little fin in their lives? right?
She spent her time caring for her son she also spent her time relaxing in her home and such.
She even had maids that work for her, she had SUCH a luxorious life..
So you can say that fun consisted of weaving, textiles, reading ( she had a library you know? =P) and pretty much STUDYING!
Fun back then, isnt the same as it is todayy..
- Ciao
