primaries=red yellow and blue
secondaries= green orange and violet
tertiaries=red-orange, yellow-orange, yellow-green, blue-green, violet-blue, and red-violet
complimentary colors= red and green, violet and yellow, blue and orange
-A monochromatic color is a pure color with no shades added (no white or black) This term is usually used to refer to an artwork or a photograph that is done in only one color.
-An analogous color is a color directly next to another on the color wheel (example: blue is analogous to red)_
-A horizon line is the line in a drawing/painting/photo where the objects above the line of sight and below the line of sight meet.
-Vanishing point is the point on the horizon line where all straight lines meet.
linear perspective refers to the type of perspective based only on horizon line and vanishing point-it is a mathematic way of looking at perspective.

6) Analogous coloring is the process in which you use colors

example - Red & Orange, Green & Yellow

7) The horizon line in perspective drawing is a horizontal line
across the picture. It is always at eye level - its placement
determines where we seem to be looking from - a high
place, or from close to the ground. The actual horizon
might not be visible, but you need to draw a 'virtual'
horizon to construct a picture in perspective.

8) is a point in a perspective drawing to which parallel lines
appear to converge.

9) is a mathematical system for creating the illusion of space

Tertiary=red purple, blue purple, blue green, yellow green, yellow orange, red orange
Complimentary colors=red/green, blue/orange, yellow/purple

Analogous colors are colors side by side on the color wheel--such as red/orange/yellow or green/blue/purple
Horizon line=eye level, in art--the line where the sky meets the earth
Vanishing point=visually where parallel lines converge (in the case of one point perspective,) or the reference point(s) for perspective drawings
Linear Perspective=scientific/mathmetical method for mechanical drawing (showing more than one side of an object,) may be one point perspective, two point perspective, three point perspective or if one is really obsessive/compulsive, four point perspective.
