when you grow zuccini you plant five sees in a ring every few feet. WHen it pops up you get five little plants, do you get rid of four of them and leave only one or do you leave them all???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Depends on how much zuccini you want. If you grow the plants vertically- in a cage or up a pole, you could keep 3 plants and have plenty of fruit. If you let them sprawl along the ground, they will cover everything- a good ground cover if you want.

Let them alone, the cucumber beetle will get most of them shortly, and when you have one of the five left, you will be glad.
However, if you want to try to save most of them, wrap the stem close to the ground with aluminum foil to keep the beetles from laying their eggs.]
If you are successful, you will be up to your a(( in fruit.

Leave them all and they kind of merge together to create one lovely vine that produces volumes of yummy zucchini. BTW-find loads of recipes at allrecipes.com and recipezarr.com.
