get rid of dempster who is a blown saves type of guy. and go look at the free agents in your league and pick up a hot closer right now in Kevin Gregg. He won the closing job from Henry Owens even though Henry is back from the DL but the marlins said they will keep Kevin as the Marlins closer. so hes a good pick up. check it out. hope this helps.
