Well first I have to say that you're crazy for voting for Rosie... Well anyways these aren't really celebs but I would vote for either Spongebob or Mickey Mouse. Mickey can do anything!!! and spongebob is just cool like that....

I would elect Jeri Ryan (Star Trek Voyager's "Seven of Nine").
She's so hot that foreign leaders would follow her like a drooling dog on a leash. If anyone foreign countries got out of line, she go a little Borg on them, and let the miscreants know that "resistance is futile".
Maybe the best part of a Jeri Ryan presidency is, everyone will love the U.S. again.
