sure.
anything you want they will sell you
Just do not get a limited "lite " speed package even if they change the name to confuse consumers
You can use the broadband line ( of the phone company or cable) to get skype unlimited and even a local us incoming phone number with answering machine

broadband on cable is usually offered only by region.. meaning there will be only company option in your area.
so yes you can receive broadband with no phone bill..
but cable will probably be your only option.
you need phone line for DSL.
and a satellite dish for whatever that was called.. i forget.
but it depends if you want TV or not..
hope that helps?

Only cable can do that, but if you cant get cable, you just need a phone line to serve the internet, just dont plug a phone in.

virgin media dose just B,B for around £25.00 per month this is at 2 meg. you can get £5.00 off if you pay by D,D. I'm happy with them but i don't know if there the cheapest theo and it very easy to upgrade to a higher package. you get a free firewall and ant-virus with that but it can be a bit of a resources hog theo but it is good. you don't have to use it.

no phone = no DSL. So you are left with cable or satellite. Check out the prices and speeds they offer.
