That area is very sensative and not "used" to being cut. You are bound to get razor burns, red bumps, and red spots.
Its not like that area has gotten tanned recently, so it is most likely the lightest skin patch you have on you body.

I would suggest just using an electric razor and cut the hairs down very short, rather than down to the skin. It takes a lot less time and doesnt make you feel like a little kid.

Well, since you're shaving bare, I'd use a moisturizer afterwards. The redness is caused by the irritation of the skin, and is common and normal. If you have any female friends (they usually shave their legs and pits), ask if they ever get irritated skin after shaving. Just bring it up in conversation.

scince it is only every time you shave it would have to be with the razor or how you are shaving it. try an electric razor. if that doesn't work you could just stop shaving and mabey they will go away

I am assuming you are using a straight razor. Try buying a Phillips Norelco BodyGroom. It allows you to shave whatever direction you want with very little or no bumps.

The solution is very easy -- STOP SHAVING THERE! It looks like a guy hasn't gone through puberty yet when he shaves there, and most girls are not pedophiles. Hair is sexy.
