I got 57.7 (aprx) but my teacher's answer says 63.71.

tan(30) = 0.577350269
0.577350269 x 100 = 57.7 (approximately)

I got the same answer as you. Try asking your teacher to explain to you how he got his answer, and then compare your methods.

To get your teacher's answer, the angle is 32.5 degrees.
