Yes it's possible. Also, not knowing your cycle length it's difficult to say but there is also a possibility of two other things. A. You have had a miscarriage or B. You have had implantation bleeding (when a fertilised egg burrows into your uterus lining) ie. you're pregnant. I'd recommend to go and see your doctor.

Anything that can disrupt the delicate hormonal dance that produces ovulation, can lead to either skipped periods or periods that come too often.....In other words stress can change things up for a while, normally stopping periods altogether though....
Periods that arrive more often although for just the odd month like this one, may not be anything at all.....but should still be checked out

Thyroid dysfunction could be a factor, as could Polyps (projections of tissue that protrude into the uterine cavity) or fibroids that impinge on the uterine cavity. Or it could be something else entirely like just hormonal imbalance.....

The only way you're going to find out for sure & put your mind at rest is to make an appointment with your doctor........
we can't diagnose stuff on here for you.

This could be a miscarriage. The breasts are the first give away to pregnancy in most women. I have had 3 miscarriages and luckily they were very early on, but in between these I also had 3 healthy pregnancies - and 3 is plenty enough! Do not be disheartened as it may not have been this in your case so relax and I wish you good luck.x

Yes, it's possible that you are having two periods in the month. This can happen on occasion to a woman. I've had it happen myself before.

And yes it is also possible to be pregnant right about now. I would recommend getting in touch with your dr to have them evaluate the situation to be on the safe side.

you dont say what age you are or how long you have been having periods for but they can be irregular for years, and for some people they are never regular.
however if you are worried at all please go and speak to your doctor.
