Yes especially when they go fast, I feel like screaming "be careful!"

gives me the heebie geebies.

Sure it does! It makes me nervous when they're dicing and slicing very fast, because I discover myself waiting for them to chop the end off of a finger or two. It's not a pleasant feeling.

It only makes me nervous if they don't know what they are doing or if they aren't paying attention. But I watch the chefs on the food network use their sharp knives everyday. As long as they know what they are doing I am possitive they won't get hurt.

My grandmother had severe palsy and it was a nightmare watching her peel potatoes. But surprisingly, she seemed to control it when she went to make the cut and she never injured herself that I am aware of.

Still, it scared the hooha out of me watching her because I just knew she was gonna' cut herself.

as a chef, it is becomes send nature to you when somebody is watching what you do because they know that the end result will be D E L I C I O U S !!!

yeah casue i have seen my mom slice her finger twice when i was growing up. now everytime im over for dinner i take the knife away from her.

na not rele. im a leftie and do everything "cack-handed" as my family so nicely always like to point out, so they always watch me do it and cringe lol. its quite entertaining!
