I have tried to talk to the kids mother but the clueless woman just laughs it off!

Solution #1: A REALLY REALLY BIG FENCE
Solution #2: Write your childrens' initials somewhere "not-so-obvious" on their toys and when someone else claims it, BAM there are your child's initials.
Solution #3: Tell the neighbor's kids to stay the _____ out of your yard.

talk to the dad. talk to the kids. if all else fails dont' let them play wiht you kids no more. get a toy box and as part of a chore, get the kids to clean the yard before coming in. then put a lock on it. or get a shed beside your house that may be easier to lock up. they should be respecting your wishes and the mother should be talking to them, i agree, but sounds like you come to a brick wall with them. sometimes it has to come to drastic measures if they aren't going to respect your wishes

Next time they are over at your house, come outside with no pants. That will either, scare the kids away, or their crazy mother will tell the little brats to stay away from your yard.

Tell your neighbor you will call the police. Then do it.
I called the police once on a 7 year old after she:
1] stole people's mail
2] drew on a car
3] threw a bucket of paint on my son and two friends. I talked to the mom first, and got nowhere. So I called the cop, and he said," I can't arrest her for that."
I said, " I don't want you to arrest her. I want you to scare the c**p out of her. " So he did!
She was much better after that, and spent time at our house, as long as she followed the rules.

you may have to call the police to come out and talk to the mom. to let her know that what's going on with her kids is not a joke but serious business to you.

give your kids a tazer. Teach them judo so they can beat them up. Give you kids a bat. Go get a freind of yours to dress up like a heavy metal punk. Have him whait around your house or with your kids. When your neibores kids come over have him start sceaming and yelling and have him chasing them saying(If you so mutch as look at this house I! Will! BEAT THE F#CK !!!!!!!!OUT!!!!!!!!OF!! YOU!!!!!!!!!) Trust me thes have always works for me.

set up a underground sensor fence and put shock colors on her kids so if they come in ur yard they get zapped. u can buy em at petco.

and well get ur kid to get them brik through there family car and windows they cant finger print **** unless it a rap or murder
toilet paper threating message toilet paper house i have well when i kid did at least 200 and well ur kid probaly young to get mugged so yah eletric fence big dog shot guns
and brik through car helps best regardes and call me i get them bullys okay
