Any country that doesn`t hold with basic democratic values.
This excludes many southern american countries, Russia, and the entire middle east.
Europe is usually good (eastern europe less so) and Australia or New Zealand would also qualify as "yes" countries.

I would definitely NOT move to the Middle East, Africa, any Communist, Socialist, or dictatorial country, or Mexico. I also would not want to move to the Northern region of the United States (New England, Midwest, Pacific Northwest) because I am a Southerner, but I am a proud American.

I can't think of any place in Louisiana I'd like to move to, especially New Orleans.
Other places near the top would be Mississippi, New York City, Arizona, Nevada and upper Alaska.

Anywhere that is extremely cold or desolate. I like some city life and warmer temperatures. Or any place that is unsafe for a family style life.
